
EMERGENCY CALL OUT (ELECTRICAL)

WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY CALL OUT (ELECTRICAL) ?
Emergency Call Out (Electrical) services provided by TTI are a responsive solution when a low voltage (LV) supply within an electrical installation has been lost, or the low voltage installation has presented a shock or fire hazard. Examples include:

Loss of electrical supply to all or part of a building including sub distribution, socket outlets, lighting, fixed equipment and mechanical services supplies

Unsafe conditions including damaged cables, potential access to live parts, sparking, arcing or evidence that indicates a potential for electrical fire

WHAT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY CALL OUT (ELECTRICAL) ?
Examples which are outside of the scope of the Emergency Call Out (Electrical) services provided by TTI include:

Supply equipment owned by the DNO (e.g. Northern Power Grid)

ELV installations (Fire alarm, security alarm, door access, CCTV, BMS, PV)

Mechanical and electronic faults beyond the low voltage electrical supply

Evidence that an electrical fire is present (contact the emergency services)​
